ABOUT ME

I graduated from Sac State with a B.S. in Exercise Science & a Masters in Physical Therapy. I became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in the field of physical therapy in 2016.

I was a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from 2012 until 2023 when I had decided to reduce my studies to spend more time with my 4 young kids.

I am continually learning in the fields of orthopedic physical therapy, and strength and conditioning.

​​​​​​

A little personal info about me: My husband and I have 4 kids with a 5 year span between the youngest and the oldest. I am a Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast and train regularly at El Dorado Hills Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu where I will be treating. You may also run into me at the gym doing my own strength and conditioning.
